Activities:

Upon your arrival at the airport in Siem Reap, our tour guides will meet you and take you to your hotel. Then, we will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, and the Bayon, which is the exact center of Angkor Thom, after regaining power following the destruction of the capital by a Cham fleet, rebuilt the city and surrounded it with a strong wall. Continue exploring Baphuon, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, and Leper King Terrace.
In the afternoon, we will visit the magnificent Angkor Wat temple, which was built by King Suryavarman II (1113 – 1150) to honor God’Vishnu, this is the largest and the best-preserved monument of the Angkor complex, an architectural masterpiece, with its composition, balance, proportions, relief, and sculptures are flawless, making it one of the world’s finest monuments.

Highlights:

Banteay Srei Kbal Spean  Ta Prohm

Activities:

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, we will depart north of Siem Reap to visit the citadel of woman – Banteay Srei – an undeniable jewel of Khmer art: entirely built of hard pink sandstone, wonderfully sculpted, perfectly preserved, and restored.
Continuing, we will travel 13 kilometers from Banteay Srei to Kbal Spean “The Thousand Linga River,” which was carved between the 10th and 11th centuries, with Linga, the symbol of Siva, the god of Hindu, carved along the river bed for about 200 meters, this trip also consists of a 45-minute hike up Kulen Mountain to a distance of 2 kilometers, and the 5-meter waterfall is also visible.
On the way back, you will stop at Ta Prohm, a jungle temple built by King Jayavarman VII (1181-1218), in 1186, he dedicated the temple to his mother, and this temple was used in the film “Tomb Raider” by Angelina Jolie, an American actress, film director, screenwriter, and author.

Highlights:

Koh Ker Temple  Beng Mealea Temple

Activities:

After breakfast at the hotel, we will travel 130 kilometers northeast of Siem Reap to see the Koh Ker temple complex, which was built by King Jayavarman IV (922-944). On the way back, you will stop at O Thmordab’s “Stone Quarry,” where the Khmer ancestors cut the sandstone used to build Cambodian temples. Then we’ll go to Beng Mealea Temple, which was built as a model for Angkor Wat at the end of the 11th century, which is in ruins and has been overrun by jungle. A VIP lunch box will be served near the temple.

Activities:

This morning, we will depart for Kulen Mountain, which is located to the north of Siem Reap (2 hours drive) to see the Thousand Lingas River, a fountain, the Grand Reclining Buddha, and a waterfall, where you can swim. You will see a large reclining Buddha from the 16th century. The VIP lunch box will be served close to the waterfall. On the way back, you will stop at the Akira Landmine Museum, where you can learn about the history of war and the weapons used in Cambodia from 1970 to 1993, Akira is a CNN hero who works in a demining team in Siem Reap.

Activities:

Today, we will go on a boat tour to discover the great lake “Tonle Sap”, which is a real Interior Ocean with a lot of fish exported by the numerous villages of fishermen whom you will have the opportunity to approach. Then you will have time to shop at the old market or explore the art school “Artisan d’Angkor.” Lunch at a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, we drive or catch a short flight to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. Upon arrival, you are picked up and transferred to your central hotel to check-in.
