Best time to travel to Yangon

From November to February, it is the dry season and this is also the best time to visit Yangon when the average temperatures of 20°C-30°C and low rainfall.

In March and April, it is still the dry season, but it is also the hottest time of year, with temperatures reaching 39°C. From May to October, it is the wet season when an average temperature of 30°C.

The distance between Yangon International Airport and Yangon downtown is approximately 20 kilometers, making it simple to take a bus, a local bus, or a private transfer from the airport to the Yangon Center.
