Ma Pi Leng Pass’s features
Looking down at the mountain’s base, they will be struck by the picturesque Nho Que River flowing through the canyon. Here, in particular, is a well-known ledge from which you can fully appreciate the majesty and vastness of the northern borderland. Standing on the pass’s crest with your arms outstretched, you’ll feel as if you’re flying through the sky. It’s difficult to put into words how I felt. Simply amazing!
The entire town appears to be embraced by a valley surrounded by rocky mountains at the foot of this pass. The Mong’s villages blur in the thick fog inside the town, giving the impression of a peaceful life.
Mt Ma Pi Leng Pass has been designated as a national landscape since 2009. It is regarded as a one-of-a-kind geological and scenic heritage area. The pass’s summit is one of Vietnam’s most beautiful panoramic observation points. The canyon with the Nho Que River is also one of the country’s most unusual tectonic valleys.
Ma Pi Leng Pass, with its mesmerizing beauty of an unspoiled landscape, deserves to be listed as one of the top tourist destinations in northern Vietnam. The journey to conquer this craggy pass is not without its challenges, but the reward for the brave and enthusiastic is well-deserved. If you want to indulge your burning desire to travel in a completely natural setting, why not plan a trip to this wonder as soon as possible?
This is a worthy-to-conquer pinnacle due to its unparalleled danger as well as the efforts of those who paved the way to the stone plateau. Thousands of young volunteers from 16 provinces in northern Vietnam worked tirelessly for six years to build the Hanh Phuc Road (1959-1965). Sappers, in particular, took up to 11 months to complete every centimeter of the pass. To complete their task, those people had to hang themselves from cliffs and battle the elements. As a result, Ma Pi Leng’s Pass is not only a natural masterpiece but also historical evidence for remembering the volunteer youth’s contributions.
It is not an exaggeration to say that the Ma Pi Leng pass is extremely appealing to backpackers. Anyone who has the opportunity to visit here is captivated by the majestic beauty of this pass. Winding roads through the mountains with steep cliffs on one side and the abyss on the other can be considered natural wonders. After overcoming the slopes, visitors will arrive at the peak of Ma Pi Leng Pass and be taken aback by the harmonious beauty of the sky and northwestern mountains.
