The months of December to May are ideal for visiting Cat Tien National Park. Cat Tien National Park, like most of Vietnam, receives a mix of wet and dry seasons. Temperatures can, however, remain abnormally warm during each of these seasons.

The park is located in southern Vietnam, about 150 kilometers from the country’s main city, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
The travel from Saigon to this one-of-a-kind natural destination takes around four hours. To get to the park from Ho Chi Minh City, take a cab, a local bus, a private transfer, or even a motorbike.
