Trang An overview
Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, located approximately 90 kilometers south of Hanoi, has been designated by UNESCO as one of the world’s cultural and natural heritage sites since 2014.
This eco-tourism complex’s entire landscape is a mighty and superb mountainous area, created by many different types of mountains to reflect into bendy and small springs, and they are connected with beautiful natural caves and neglected valleys, all of which make a wonderful scene here.
Best Time to travel to Trang An
The best time to visit Trang An is from May to July when it is available for the harvest season or the time for the locals to reap the wet rice and full bloom from September to October. The average temperature during these travel months ranges from 25 to 35 degrees Celsius.

Trang An is about 100km far from Hanoi center, about 2-hours by bus driving, it is easy to take a full-day trip (by private or group) Hanoi – Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda – Hanoi.
