Located 30 kilometers from Quy Nhon city to the north, Go Gang market is only opened at dusk and closed when the first sunbeams flicker; therefore, the market is also called “rooster crows” market. Go Gang market was formed from Tay Son era to mostly serve soldiers of King Quang Trung. For hundreds of years, the market has sold the only single items, the raw conical hats and materials to make this kind of traditional hat.

In the fair, the number of hats purchased in Go Gang is up to five or six thousand items. After selling the finished products, the sellers become the shoppers buying the materials to make conical hats like palm leaves, bark of Moc tree and bamboo. The market is met at night; as a result, sellers and customers can only recognize each other by calling noisily or from the flickering light of the oil lamps. However, the atmosphere is still bustling and busy as usual.

Am Phu night market is opened continuously from 6 pm to 6 am of the next day, and sells all of items from clothing, fabrics, souvenirs. Especially, there are many quite cheap woolen products here. Handmade wool dolls with great looks as well as unique souvenirs tourists are often chosen and bought by visitors. It also serves a multitude of hot dishes suitable for cool air of Dalat as barbeque, noodles, soybean milk, or the famous grilled rice paper.

Cuisine in the market is quite plentiful, serves the typical dishes of three regions such as Hanoi noodle, Hue beef noodle soup, Nam Vang Noodle with seasoned and sauté beef, even including some Chinese dishes with relatively cheap price posted clearly on the billboards.
