Upon your arrival at the airport in Bangkok, our local tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to the central hotel for check-in and free your rest time of the day.
Overnight in Bangkok

Breakfast at the hotel, then we begin visiting the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple – Wat Phra Kaeo, the Royal Regalia Museum the beauty of decorative jewelry that was once worn by royal officers and consorts. Continue exploring Wat Pho – the Reclining Buddha temple, the city’s oldest and largest temple with the most pagodas (95 in total) and famous for its massive Reclining Buddha.
In the afternoon, take a long-tailed boat down the Chao Phraya River to see Thai culture, pass by the Grand Palace, and stop briefly at the Royal Barge Museum, we disembark at Wat Arun, the Dawn Temple to visit the tallest prang that was built in the concept of Mount Meru, the resident of God located in the center of the Universe.
Overnight in Bangkok

After breakfast, we drive to Damnoen Saduak in Ratchaburi Province, about 104 kilometers southwest of Bangkok to see the most colorful of Thailand’s floating markets and stop by the sea salt farms along the way to see how seawater becomes salt, upon arrival, we board a private long-tailed boat to navigate the canals through the Floating Market.
This afternoon, we visit the Jim Thompson House, a charming Thai-style house with a wide range of rare Asian arts and antiques such as Thai paintings, blue-white Chinaware, Sawankalok Pottery, Benjarong porcelain, and Khmer statues that should not be missed by antique collectors and historically minded visitors, and after Jim Thompson went missing in 1967, the house became the “talk of the town,” and the ‘city’s most celebrated social center’.

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart in the morning for the ancient city of Ayutthaya province, Thailand’s former capital located 71 kilometers north of Bangkok to visit the Bang Pa-In summer palace – a residence of King Rama V, the complex that King Rama V built 100 years ago. Then proceed to Ayutthaya, the Siam Ancient City to begin at the Elephant Kraal, a large enclosure made of teak logs that were once used to capture wild elephants, then explore the old Royal Palace compound, beginning with Ayutthaya Island, built in 1630 by King Prasat Thong as a replica of Angkor Wat with a massive prang surrounded by smaller ones, symbolizing Mount Meru, the heavenly gods’ residence.
Then, go to Wat Phra Si Sanphet, which was built in the 15th century to house the ashes of three Ayutthaya kings and houses a large bronze cast Buddha image that was originally enshrined in the open area outside the Grand Palace and later covered by a building during the reign of King Songtham, continue visiting Wat Yaichai Mongkol, a large pagoda built to commemorate the King’s victory in his single-handed combat on the back of an elephant during Ayutthaya’s capital, this is the best time to go for a walk and talk about the last period of Ayutthaya, as well as to enjoy the nice breeze and take many photos before returning to Bangkok.
