Thien Cung Grotto’s legend

Although humans had previously explored Thien Cung Cave, the jungle had grown over the cave’s mouth in recent years, and locals had long forgotten how to find it. The cave, on the other hand, was always remembered in stories passed down through generations.

According to legend, Thien Cung Cave was once home to a Dragon King and his Queen. The Dragon King and Queen married in the heart of the cave. With all manner of magical and mythical creatures in attendance. They had 100 children after their marriage and lived in the cave while the King protected the people of Halong Bay from invaders. When their 100 children reached adulthood, half remained in Halong Bay as guardians and protectors, while the other half left to help the rest of Vietnam.
