Grilling is the most popular recipe of Laotians. Almost all foods are grilled by Laotians. Fish; shrimp; snails; pig’s internal organ, beef … are grilled, served with vermicelli, salad and a bowl of sauce with a very special flavor, and a bottle of Lao beer are enough for Laotians to sip and chat all night.
