Ho Chi Minh City Tour – Cu Chi Tunnel – Ho Chi Minh City

Activities:

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a full-day tour of Ho Chi Minh City and the Cu Chi Tunnels. Firstly, we pass by the now-demolished wartime American Embassy and then visit the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 1975, explore the French colonial structures of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office, visit the War Remnant Museum and the bustling Ben Thanh Market the largest market in southern Vietnam.
Lunch at a local restaurant in Saigon before discovering the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnel network built by Vietnamese fighters during their long struggle for independence. Return to your hotel around 5:30 PM for free time. This evening, suggestion that you should stroll through the outdoor night market for unique souvenirs and street food this evening.

Ho Chi Minh City - Boat Trip in My Tho & Ben Tre of Mekong River Delta - Can Tho

8 AM Pick up in hotel lobby. Mekong Delta boat trip to My Tho and Ben Tre, famous for small wooden boats, sweet candy, and local folk songs. The tour ends at your hotel in Can Tho.

Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market – Chau Doc

After breakfast, we take the morning boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market with its busy market scene right at this early time, continue cruising through the small canal system of the Mighty Mekong River on a sampan to visit the floating villages where the locals make the traditional rice noodles and see the “Monkey Bridge” in the area. Then, we move to Chau Doc to enjoy a wooden boat ride in the Tra Su Cajuput Forest, home to numerous bird species until transferring you to your center hotel in Chau Doc.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will spend almost our time visiting the most outstanding tourist sites in Phnom Pen, including the Victory Monument, the National Museum, the Royal Palace, which was built by the French in 1866 on the site of the old town, and Silver Pagoda, which is located within the Royal Palace ground. Later on, we will keep on discovering Tuol Sleng Museum & Killing Field, where the Khmer Rouge captured & executed nearly 2 million Cambodians during the period from 1975 until 1979.

Phnom Penh – Fly to Siem Reap – Visit Angkor Temple Complex

After your breakfast at the hotel, you are met and transferred to the airport to catch our short flight to Siem Reap, upon arrival at the airport in Siem Reap, you are met and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy our lunch in the local traditional restaurant in the center of Siem Reap before visiting Ta Prohm and Ta Keo. Firstly we explore Ta Prohm one of the area’s most beautiful temples, which has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Continue to visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang (“The Royal Baths” was once used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls), Ta Keo, constructed in the late 10th or early 11th-century C.E, the first temple to be constructed wholly of sandstone, we will enjoy the sunset at Phnom Bakheng hill temple in the late afternoon. Transfer you back hotel and free until the time our tour guide and driver return to pick you up for our welcome dinner with the Apsara show in the local restaurant of Siem Reap town. Transfer you back hotel.

Angkor Wat - Angkor Temple Complex Tour Full Day

Activities:

After breakfast at the hotel, we start our trip by visiting the rest main sites of the Angkor Group. Firstly, we visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. We have lunch in the local restaurant near Angkor Temple Complex before exploring the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat, which covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing, its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th-century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture until transfer you back hotel. The rest time is free for you to explore Siem Reap on your own.

After your breakfast at the hotel, if the time permits, around 8 am we move to Tonle Sap Lake which is still considered the biggest water-fresh lake or “great lake” in Asia, here we take a boat trip around the lake to see the daily life of the local floating villages’ people who live in the lake until transferring you to the airport to catch your flight back home or your next destination.
