Upon your arrival at the airport in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), look for a greeting board with your name to pick up and transfer you to your hotel in the city center.
Today, if time permits, you will have a welcome meeting with the salesperson who contacted you directly via email to go over any questions or changes to your itinerary… IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS, PLEASE ASK HIM/HER THAT DAY…, followed by dinner at a traditional local restaurant in the heart of Saigon.

Saigon City Tour – Cu Chi Tunnels - Saigon

Activities:

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a full-day tour of Ho Chi Minh City and the Cu Chi Tunnels. Firstly, we pass by the now-demolished wartime American Embassy and then visit the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 1975, explore the French colonial structures of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office, visit the War Remnant Museum and the bustling Ben Thanh Market the largest market in southern Vietnam.
Lunch at a local restaurant in Saigon before discovering the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnel network built by Vietnamese fighters during their long struggle for independence. Return to your hotel around 5:30 PM for free time.
This evening, suggest that you stroll through the outdoor night market for unique souvenirs and street food.

After breakfast, we depart for Cau Da port to visit the Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island with its many sea species from Nha Trang that create a miniature ocean world, then stop at Mun Island, a great island for snorkeling with its abundance of colorful coral and fish, here you can even see caves where sea swallows build their nests.
Then relax, swim, and participate in watersports as well as other activities at Mot Island and Tranh Beach “Mini Beach”. We enjoy lunch on the island and explore a fishing village before returning to your hotel.

Nha Trang – Fly to Danang – Hoi An Walking Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, the driver will take you to the airport for a short flight to Danang. Upon arrival in Danang, transfer to the hotel in Hoi An Old Town, a UNESCO-listed site.
This afternoon, we enjoy a walking tour of Hoi An’s old town to visit the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, the 200-year-old Tan Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, and the vibrant market, we also pass many low-tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls which reflect the town’s multi-cultural past, we also have a chance to tailor-made clothes in a flash in this old town until transfer you back hotel.

Hoi An Fishing, Boat Tour & Cooking Class - Transfer to Hue

Activities:

After breakfast, the tour starts by driving along level ground to the Thu Bon River to visit a local fishing village and along country lanes viewing local life and pausing to see farmers toiling in their rice fields, peddle your way through palm forests, across bridges and fields of water buffalo…
Take a short break with a local family at Cam Thanh Village before enjoying a 30-45-minute ride on a Traditional Basket Boat (round boat) in the Water Coconut Palm Forest. Learn how to sail the basketboat and spend your time catching fish and “purple crabs” in the canal.
Continue to Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village where a large variety of vegetables are produced for the local community, at the village, you will be shown environmentally sustainable practices that the local villagers have used for centuries.
Then enjoy a Cooking Class and lunch with a local family until leaving for Hue, a UNESCO-listed site, on the way we stop to see the main sights of Danang, including Cham Museum and Marble Mountain, as well as Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach in Hue. Arrive in the center of Hue, check-in at the hotel, and free.

Activities:

Hue is an ancient historical capital city. There are more than 100 architectural works reflecting the life of emperors and mandarins under Nguyen’s reign. Situated in the middle of hills on the southern bank of the Perfume River are very beautiful tombs of Nguyen Kings.
Breakfast at the hotel, then pick up at the hotel lobby to transfer to the wharf for cruising along the Perfume River to visit:
– Thien Mu Pagoda (The Heavenly Lady Pagoda) with a good view of Perfume River and its surroundings.
– Tu Duc King’s tomb, one of the most beautiful works of Royal Architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty

Hanoi City Tour – Catch night train to Lao Cai/Sapa

After your breakfast at the hotel, we start our Hanoi city tour to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex with its Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and one pillar pagoda.
Next, we will visit nearby West Lake, Quan Thanh Temple, and Tran Quoc Pagoda. Afterward, we see the Temple of Literature, originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is also Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070, the temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
Lunch will be at a fine local restaurant in Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam, the Museum of Ethnology, widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minorities.
Then enjoy a memorable one-hour cyclo ride around the Old Quarter, known for the 36 streets to see the real life of the Hanoian and the different parts of the city, have your cameras ready! this bustling area of narrow streets is home to thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers, originally, the 36 street names were related to the products being sold there.
Next, we enjoy the unique Water Puppet show to hear the Vietnamese traditional instruments and songs from the live musicians who play throughout the show before enjoying our dinner and escorting you to Hanoi Railway Station to catch our night train to Sapa.

Sapa arrival - Trek to Lao Chai & Ta Van Ethnic Village

Activities:

The train arrives at Lao Cai Railway Station at about 5 AM, you are met and transferred to your hotel in Sapa town (38km), a former French hill station at a height of 1.600 m above sea level.
Check into a hotel and free until having breakfast and then start our trekking tour to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai ethnic villages through rice-terraced fields and the valley of Muong Hoa to learn about the Black H’mong people who are one of the largest minority groups in the Sapa area, where they are proud of their culture and keep their traditions and way of living, the locals have their language and still wear traditional indigo-blue clothing.
Then continue to Ta Van village to visit the Zay people who are a small minority group of about 38.000 people, living mainly in the mountains in northwestern Vietnam, some of their old customs have been lost but many women still wear traditional shirts with purple, blue, or green color, and their houses are still built of wood and bamboo with a clay floor.
Transfer you back to your hotel in Sapa town for overnight at the hotel or overnight with the local family in the village, upon your request.

Sapa – Bac Ha Sunday Market – Catch night train back Hanoi

After your breakfast at the hotel, we drive about 2.5 hours to Bac Ha Market, the largest market in the region, home to ten different minority groups, where many ethnic groups come to buy, sell, eat, and drink together, you can purchase very beautiful handmade handicrafts and clothing.
Then we trek for two hours to Ban Pho village (Flower H’Mong people) where we visit their homes in the village and learn more about their way of life as well as traditional customs, here we can try homemade corn wine…Following take you back to Lao Cai Railway Station for dinner before catching a night train back to Hanoi.

Arrival Hanoi – Halong Bay – Cruise & Overnight on a 5-star Cruise Ship

The train arrives at Hanoi Railway Station at about 5 AM. You check in hotel, free, and have breakfast until about 7h:30- 8h our driver picks you up for about the 3hours driving to Halong Bay, 12h00 – 12h30 Embark the cruise ship followed by cruise briefing, 13h00 – 15h30 Savor a delectable lunch on cruises along the limestone islands of Fighting Cock and Turtle Island, 15h30 – 17h30 Visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave and kayak along the hidden parts of the bay, 17h30 – 19h00 Go swimming, snap photos, relax and enjoy the sunset on the sun deck, 7 PM dinner.

06:00 Morning call (if you request).
06:30 Enjoy Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to Luon cave.
07:00 Enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant.
08:00 Visit Luon cave by kayak, one of the caves open to the form of beautiful endemic vegetation of Halong Bay. Visit Luon cave by a traditionally woven (bamboo) boat rowed by a local boatman (public ticket 50.000đ/person).
09:00 Then come back to Athena Cruise, relax, and check out of the cabin. Please put your luggage outside the door. Our porters will collect and get them ready on the Pier for you. Finally, the cruise disembarks from Hạ Long International Harbor.
09:30 Check out the cabin. Enjoy the brunch buffet menu served in the dining room. Settle bills in the dining room after brunch (if you have one).
10:45 Transfer by tender back to Hạ Long International Harbour and disembarkation, then the driver picks you up and transfers you to Hanoi airport to catch a flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Arriving in Siem Reap, our driver and tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to the center of Siem Reap town for check-in hotel.

This morning, we will take a boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, which is South East Asia’s largest permanent freshwater lake and flows into the Tonle Sap River before joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh, we will see a fishermen’s “floating village” complete with floating schools, a floating police station, and so on, this is like a large village floating on the lake, and the “village” moves around according to water levels and currents.

Activities:

Breakfast at the hotel, in the morning we start the tour with the Choeung Ek Memorial and Silver Pagoda, the Royal Garden, which are located in the Royal Palace. Next, we visit The National Museum, built in the Khmer style in the 1920s with its extensive collection of Khmer art.
Before lunch, we visit Wat Phnom, widely acknowledged as the site of the foundation of Phnom Penh. In the afternoon, we visit The Tuol Sleng Museum, the Victory Monument, and the Russian Market.
