Means of transport
You can travel by bus, Saigon – Tien Giang bus (70 km) costs 60,000 VND / ticket. Ben Tre – Saigon bus (88 km) costs 67,000 VND / ticket.
If travelling by motorbike, you ride along Highway 1 to Trung Luong junction, it is the gateway to the city of My Tho (Tien Giang).
Accommodation
In Tien Giang, you can stay in the hotels of Lien Huong, Hong Thanh, Hoa Hong with prices ranging from 250,000 VND to 450,000 VND / night in Go Cong. In My Tho, Cong Doan hotel has the price of 370,000 VND / night. In Ben Tre, there are Hung Vuong, Ham Luong, Viet Uc (Vietnam Australia), Oasis … hotels which are at a price of 400,000 VND / night.

Day 1: Saigon – Go Cong – My Tho (Tien Giang)
Arrived in Go Cong, you should visit the Royal Mausoleum cluster, one of the rare works in Western Vietnam with several hundreds years old. Built in 1826, the mausoleum is used to worship Pham Dang family, including Mr. Pham Dang Hung, who is the father of Empress Tu Du. My Tho is an important riverside market town on the banks of the Tien River.
About 15 km from Go Cong to the east is Tan Thanh beach. Here, you will experience catching clams or hunting crabs. In particular, enjoying the spotless delicious white clam, you will have an unforgettable meal.
In My Tho, you should not ignore Vinh Trang pagoda located on Nguyen Trung Truc Street in My An village, My Phong commune. Existed since the early 19th century, this is the largest Buddhist temples in Tien Giang province, with unique Asian – European architecture. One should- try specialty is noodle in My Tho. The soft chewy noodles, soups mixed with the sweet taste of the stewed bone, salty taste of dried shrimp make a very tasty bowl of noodles.
Day 2: My Tho – Cai Be – Tu Con – Ben Tre

Along Tien River, four dunes of Long – Lan – Quy – Phuong (4 holy Beasts of Vietnamese dragon, Qilin, Turtle, Phoenix) are attractive tourist locations. Long and Lan dunes are in the city of My Tho, Tien Giang province while Quy dune and Phung dune are situated in Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province. So, travelling to Tien Giang – Ben Tre will be an opportunity for you to explore the full “4 holy beasts “.
You can take a speedboat along the dunes to visit coconut candy producing factory, souvenirs from coconut or take carriages to visit orchards, stop at coconut thatched houses to drink tea with honey and kumquat, enjoy tropical fruits.

Day 3: Ben Tre – Saigon
